Ainola is open from May 2 to September 30, 2026, Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Check exceptions to opening hours on the Museum visit page.
Guided tours during summer 2026
Public guided tours in English are held Tuesday through Sunday at 3:00 p.m. in August. On the tour, you will hear about Jean Sibelius and his family and their life in Ainola. The tour is limited to 25 people on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations required.
Ainola is closed for a private event on Saturday, August 8, 2026.
You can also book a guided tour for yourself or your group during the whole summer season. The tour is included in the ticket price and should be booked in advance. We accept the Finnish Museum Card (Museokortti) and the Kaikukortti card. You can purchase a museum ticket in advance on our website under Museum visit. Guided tours can be booked by email at info@ainola.fi. We welcome bookings for the summer season of 2026 throughout the year.
